In the first place, demonstration lesson is a grand stage where teachers showcase their teaching skills, who meticulously plan each public class, presenting their teaching concepts and techniques in an excellent manner. Whether it's the explanation of knowledge or the design of classroom activities, all of these reflect the efforts of the teachers. Also, the post-class discussion and exchange was a feast of intellectual collisions, because teachers shared their experiences, exchanged insights, and jointly explored the unlimited possibilities of teaching. Therefore, through public lectures, teachers learned from each other and improved together, creating a strong atmosphere of teaching research and promoting the continuous improvement of Anqing Foreign Language School's teaching level.

In the second place, the Qinglan Project is a significant measure taken by our school to cultivate young teachers. Specifically, to assess the phased achievements of the Qinglan Project and assist young teachers in enhancing their teaching skills and qualities, the Senior High School Division organized this informative event every academic year. Under the guidance, assistance and training of experienced teachers, young teachers meticulously prepare their presentation lessons and display their teaching achievements. After the classes, the attending leaders and teachers will provide detailed comments, helping young teachers to grow better. Evidently, the Qinglan Project provides a platform for young teachers to showcase their skills, enabling them to continuously improve through practice and injecting new vitality into Anqing Foreign Language School's education and teaching.

Last but not the least, observing classes by knocking on the door is one of the regular teaching activities in our Senior High School Division, during which leaders of the Senior High School Division and group leaders of the teaching and research groups randomly enter the classrooms to closely observe the teaching process of the teachers, thus enabling us to promptly identify the strengths and weaknesses of the teachers in their daily teaching, and providing feedback and guidance to help the teachers continuously improve themselves.
